A opera\u00e7\u00e3o foi dividida em tr\u00eas s\u00e9ries: a primeira no valor de R$ 288,1 milh\u00f5es, com amortiza\u00e7\u00e3o em dois anos e remunera\u00e7\u00e3o de CDI + 0,45% a.a.; a segunda, no valor de R$ 337,95 milh\u00f5es, com amortiza\u00e7\u00e3o em tr\u00eas anos e remunera\u00e7\u00e3o de CDI + 0,60% a.a.; e a terceira, no valor de R$ 373,95 milh\u00f5es, com amortiza\u00e7\u00e3o em quatro anos e remunera\u00e7\u00e3o de CDI + 0,80% a.a. A emiss\u00e3o foi coordenada pelos bancos Ita\u00fa BBA e Santander.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A LM Solu\u00e7\u00f5es de Mobilidade captou R$ 850 milh\u00f5es em sua primeira emiss\u00e3o de notas comerciais, coordenada pelos bancos UBS BB, Alfa e Sumitomo Mitsui (SMBC). A opera\u00e7\u00e3o foi realizada em s\u00e9rie \u00fanica, com amortiza\u00e7\u00e3o em cinco anos e remunera\u00e7\u00e3o de CDI + 1,80% a.a.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com o CEO da VWFS para o Brasil e Am\u00e9rica do Sul, Rodrigo Capuru\u00e7o, ambas as opera\u00e7\u00f5es refor\u00e7am o posicionamento da empresa como emissora recorrente no mercado de capitais, al\u00e9m de oferecerem aos investidores resili\u00eancia de carteira e liquidez no mercado secund\u00e1rio. Segundo Capuru\u00e7o, no \u00faltimo ano a VWFS cresceu em 15,3% seus ativos totais, e essa capta\u00e7\u00e3o permitir\u00e1 buscar resultados mais significativos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>O CFO da LM Solu\u00e7\u00f5es de Mobilidade, Leonardo Rocha, disse que a opera\u00e7\u00e3o oferecer\u00e1 mais condi\u00e7\u00f5es para continua\u00e7\u00e3o da amplia\u00e7\u00e3o de neg\u00f3cios da companhia. A LM tem, hoje, uma frota de 87 mil ve\u00edculos, incluindo 4,9 mil caminh\u00f5es, volume 23,6% maior em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao primeiro trimestre de 2023.
