Ap\u00f3s decis\u00e3o da Petrobr\u00e1s em vender seus 37,5% em a\u00e7\u00f5es na companhia, a BR decidiu acelerar os planos de diversifica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Segundo fontes n\u00e3o identificadas pelo jornal O Globo, uma das metas da gest\u00e3o de Wilson Ferreira J\u00fanior, que assumiu o comando da empresa em mar\u00e7o, \u00e9 ampliar a atua\u00e7\u00e3o da companhia.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A Petrobr\u00e1s espera levantar R$ 11,5 bilh\u00f5es com a venda de 436,9 milh\u00f5es de a\u00e7\u00f5es. O pre\u00e7o final s\u00f3 ser\u00e1 definido no dia 30 de junho de acordo com a demanda. No \u00faltimo s\u00e1bado (19), as a\u00e7\u00f5es da BR fecharam com alta de 0,44%.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, e venda das a\u00e7\u00f5es deve come\u00e7ar no dia 2 de julho e ser\u00e3o conclu\u00eddas no dia 5. Desse modo, nos postos, a bandeira ser\u00e1 mantida, pois o contrato de licenciamento da marca \u00e9 independente do neg\u00f3cio.
