Na ocasi\u00e3o, a empresa paralisou as atividades das f\u00e1bricas de S\u00e3o Bernardo do Campo, Campinas (SP) e Juiz de Fora (MG), al\u00e9m de convidar rede de concession\u00e1rias e unidades de neg\u00f3cios como Banco Mercedes-Benz, SelectTrucks (ve\u00edculos usados) e Reman (pe\u00e7as remanufaturadas), envolvendo mais de 10 mil colaboradores no contato com transportadores.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>No evento, os funcion\u00e1rios tiveram a oportunidade de entender as necessidades de um grupo de vinte empresas dos segmentos de carga e passageiros e, assim, poder atender aos pedidos dos clientes de maneira mais correta e \u00e1gil.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>As atividades ocorreram durante todo o dia em tr\u00eas etapas: \u201cVoz do Cliente\u201d, com painel e palestras com o intuito de os participantes se familiarizassem com as expectativas e necessidades dos transportadores; \u201cSess\u00f5es com os Clientes\u201d, na qual diversas salas foram reservadas para que os empregados e transportadores avaliassem cada etapa do neg\u00f3cio, do pr\u00e9 ao p\u00f3s-venda; e \u201cPontos Cr\u00edticos\u201d, fase em que colaboradores, concession\u00e1rios e coligadas definiram solu\u00e7\u00f5es e prazos para cada demanda apontada pelos clientes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Para que todos os colaboradores pudessem participar da programa\u00e7\u00e3o, a empresa providenciou tel\u00f5es nas linhas de produ\u00e7\u00e3o e em salas de reuni\u00f5es da f\u00e1brica de S\u00e3o Bernardo do Campo, al\u00e9m de transmiss\u00f5es ao vivo para todas as outras unidades de ve\u00edculos comerciais da companhia no Brasil.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Segundo da Mercedes-Benz, o Dia D Cliente \u00e9 mais um refor\u00e7o no compromisso da marca resumido no lema As estradas falam.
