O executivo \u00e9 \u2018prata da casa\u2019, ingressou na empresa em 1994 e passou por diferentes \u00e1reas ligadas a Produ\u00e7\u00e3o, Engenharia, Log\u00edstica, Qualidade, Sales and Marketing e Compras.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Formado em engenharia de produ\u00e7\u00e3o pelo Centro Universit\u00e1rio da FEI e especializado em administra\u00e7\u00e3o industrial pela Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Vanzolini, em 2011, assumiu um desafio internacional ao ser expatriado para a Su\u00e9cia, que al\u00e9m de ter sido uma excelente experi\u00eancia profissional e pessoal, teve como o objetivo a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de novos m\u00e9todos de trabalho na F\u00e1brica de Motores.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nesse per\u00edodo, tamb\u00e9m participou de programas de especializa\u00e7\u00e3o, o Executive Program in Industrial Management e o International Business Program, na KTH \u2013 Executive School e na IFL\u2013 Stockholm School of Economics, respectivamente. Duas das mais importantes universidades da Su\u00e9cia.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ao retornar para o Brasil, tr\u00eas anos mais tarde, assumiu a responsabilidade pelo departamento de Compras de Powertrain da Scania Latin America, participando diretamente na integra\u00e7\u00e3o com o grupo Volkswagen. Nos \u00faltimos 2 anos, o executivo esteve \u00e0 frente da F\u00e1brica de Chassis no ABC Paulista, onde acontece a montagem final de caminh\u00f5es e \u00f4nibus da marca.
