H\u00e1 uma nova primeira colocada na lista, a Hyundai-Caoa, respons\u00e1vel pela produ\u00e7\u00e3o de ix35 e Tucson, em An\u00e1polis (GO), e pelos modelos importados da marca. A empresa desbancou a Toyota, que caiu para o segundo lugar, em empate com a Mitsubishi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A pesquisa \u00e9 realizada anualmente pela consultoria global J.D. Power. Foram ouvidos, de fevereiro a maio de 2017, 4.585 propriet\u00e1rios de carros. que adquiriram seus ve\u00edculos zero km entre fevereiro de 2014 e fevereiro de 2016.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>O estudo analisa a satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o do cliente com o servi\u00e7o das concession\u00e1rias, analisando aspectos como chegada e retirada do carro \u00e0 loja, qualidade e efici\u00eancia dos consultores t\u00e9cnicos. De acordo com a J.D. Power, o par\u00e2metro que levou ao sucesso das empresas nesta edi\u00e7\u00e3o da pesquisa foi o canal digital para comunica\u00e7\u00e3o com os consumidores.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Os clientes avaliaram as marcas com notas de 0 a mil. A Hyundai-Caoa somou 830 pontos, ante os 817 de Mitsubishi e Toyota. A lista continua com a Honda, que obteve 812 pontos, e a Hyundai-HMB (respons\u00e1vel pela produ\u00e7\u00e3o e venda da linha HB20 e do Creta), com 806.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9m ficaram acima da m\u00e9dia (de 791 pontos) as marcas Kia, Citro\u00ebn, Chevrolet, Jeep e Nissan.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Outras cinco ficaram abaixo dessa m\u00e9dia. Dessas, a mais mal posicionada foi a Renault, que somou 757 pontos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9m fazem parte dessa lista a Ford (776 pontos), a Volkswagen (780), a Peugeot (780) e a Fiat (790).
