A Volkswagen anunciou durante o Sal\u00e3o Internacional do Autom\u00f3vel de S\u00e3o Paulo 2016 que vai investir R$ 7 bilh\u00f5es no Brasil deste ano at\u00e9 2020. Do montante, boa parte ser\u00e1 consumida para fabricar quatro modelos no Brasil.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs f\u00e1bricas receber\u00e3o investimento e ser\u00e3o modernizadas\u201d, disse o presidente da Volkswagen para o Brasil, Am\u00e9rica do Sul e Am\u00e9rica Central, David Powels, ao descartar nova planta.<\/p>\n

Embora o executivo n\u00e3o tenha aberto quais ser\u00e3o os modelos, e nem se algum ve\u00edculo dessa \u2018fam\u00edlia\u2019 j\u00e1 \u00e9 comercializado no Pa\u00eds, sabe-se que se trata de plataformas modulares de alta tecnologia, chamadas de MQB, que permite produzir uma mesma base para diferentes carrocerias e facilitam, assim, as vendas ao Exterior, ao eliminar diferen\u00e7as entre os mesmos carros produzidos em diversas partes do mundo, que se tornam globais. Atualmente, em S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9 dos Pinhais o Golf j\u00e1 \u00e9 feito em MQB.<\/p>\n

A Volks tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o revelou em quais unidades esses produtos ser\u00e3o fabricados, mas a equipe do Di\u00e1rio apurou que h\u00e1 grandes chances de a planta da Anchieta, em S\u00e3o Bernardo, receber parte dos aportes e da linha de produ\u00e7\u00e3o. Hoje, apenas o Saveiro e o Gol s\u00e3o produzidos na unidade, que tamb\u00e9m monta o Jetta, que j\u00e1 vem pintado. No entanto, nos \u00faltimos anos, no local eram fabricados tamb\u00e9m a Kombi, o Gol G4 e o Polo.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s imbr\u00f3glio que se arrastou de mar\u00e7o de 2015 at\u00e9 agosto de 2016 (quando a montadora contabilizou 140 dias de paralisa\u00e7\u00f5es e 130 mil ve\u00edculos que deixaram de ser produzidos) por conta de problemas com sua fornecedora de bancos automotivos Keiper (que envolveu liminar na Justi\u00e7a para retirar o ferramental da autope\u00e7a e antecipa\u00e7\u00e3o das f\u00e9rias coletivas de dezembro para agosto), de origem b\u00f3snia e com f\u00e1brica em Mau\u00e1, a produ\u00e7\u00e3o na empresa come\u00e7a a voltar ao normal.<\/p>\n
